Community Updates Privacy Notice

This notice covers The Bellemont Society’s public Community Updates list, which is separate from Belle member accounts, the private membership directory and event registration.

Information we collect

We collect your first name and email address, along with your subscription status, signup source, consent wording and version, and subscription, consent and unsubscribe timestamps.

Purpose and consent

The list is for updates about upcoming public events, community initiatives and opportunities to connect with The Bellemont Society. Joining requires your affirmative consent through an unchecked consent box. Membership, inquiries and event participation do not automatically subscribe you.

Who can access the list

Only individually authorized Community Updates list managers can view or export subscriber information.

Unsubscribe and questions

You can request to unsubscribe through the Society contact listed on the Stay Connected page. If you have an unsubscribe code, you can also use it there. Privacy questions and requests can be directed through the same contact.

Unsubscribing stops your subscription while retaining a suppression record and consent history.
